Quarterly reports are due thirty days after the end of the quarter:

  • April 30

  • July 31

  • October 31

  • January 31

Your first quarter report is due 30 days after the end of the first full quarter.

Ten percent of each request will be held back until the completion of the project and the submittal of the final report.

What's New

On March 9, 2010, Mark Burtchett was re-appointed for a final 2-year term to the Headwaters Fund Board and Leigh Pierre-Oetker and Cedar Reuben were appointed for initial 2- year terms.  The Headwaters Fund Board is a seven member community advisory board which makes recommendations to the Board of Supervisors on Headwaters grant and loan awards.

On February 23, 2010 the Board of Supervisors approved the $1.5 million Headwaters Workforce Challenge Grant Initiative:

Also on February 23 the Board of Supervisors approved a $75,000 Community Investment Fund grant award for broadband:

Up to $150,000 has been allocated for Grant Fund awards in 2009-2010. Application deadlines are:
